Do you find attracting, recruiting and retaining top talent difficult?  Developing talent, growing the future leaders of your society is more difficult in these turbulent times, and yet arguably, is even more important than ever.  It is a 'must do’ commercially and even the FSA believes that developing effective leaders is one of the key priorities for building societies now and in coming years.

This highly interactive seminar examines:

  • The 4 key elements in attracting and recruiting the right, bright people
  • How to grow and develop your existing talent
  • The 3 key strategies in retaining your future leaders to ensure you hold onto your investments

Expert speakers from within the sector and related industry's will provide fresh ideas and innovative approaches as well as challenge your current thinking. Delegates will have an opportunity to discuss in open forum and small groups the challenges they face and share best practice in how to develop talent in their society.
